The water replenishment operation of gas wall mounted boilers needs to be carried out carefully. The following are the general steps for water replenishment:

preparation

Turn off related equipment: Before performing water replenishment operations, turn off the power of the gas wall mounted boiler to ensure safe operation. At the same time, turn off the faucet connected to the wall mounted boiler at home to prevent water from overflowing.

Preparation tool: Usually requires the use of a water replenishment key (some wall mounted boilers come with it, but compatible universal water replenishment keys can also be purchased in the market).

Water replenishment operation steps

Find the water replenishment valve: The water replenishment valve is usually located at the bottom or side of the wall mounted boiler, and the position of the water replenishment valve may vary for different brands and models of wall mounted boilers. Carefully review the user manual of the wall mounted boiler and determine the specific location of the water replenishment valve.

Insert the water replenishment key: Insert the water replenishment key into the interface of the water replenishment valve. Ensure that the key is securely inserted to avoid slipping or loosening during the water replenishment process.

Slowly open the water replenishment valve: Rotate the water replenishment key counterclockwise to slowly open the water replenishment valve. At this point, a slight sound of water flow can be heard, indicating the start of water replenishment. Be careful not to open the water replenishment valve too wide at once, in order to avoid damage to the wall mounted boiler caused by high water pressure.

Observe the pressure gauge: During the water replenishment process, closely observe the pressure gauge pointer on the wall mounted boiler. Generally speaking, the normal working pressure range of gas wall mounted boilers is between 1-1.5 bar. When the pointer of the pressure gauge reaches this range, stop the water replenishment operation.

Close the water replenishment valve: Rotate the water replenishment key clockwise to close the water replenishment valve. Ensure that the water replenishment valve is completely closed to prevent water leakage.

Pull out the water replenishment key: Remove the water replenishment key from the water replenishment valve interface.

Check the system: Restart the power supply of the gas wall mounted boiler, check if the boiler is operating normally, if all components are working properly, and if there is any water leakage.

Precautions

Water replenishment frequency: It is generally not recommended to replenish water frequently unless insufficient pressure or water leakage is found in the wall mounted boiler. Excessive water replenishment may affect the service life and performance of wall mounted boilers.

Professional guidance: If you are not familiar with or unsure how to perform the water replenishment operation, it is recommended to refer to the user manual of the wall mounted boiler or contact professional after-sales service personnel for operation to avoid equipment damage or safety accidents caused by improper operation.

Safety first: When performing water replenishment operations, ensure the safety of the surrounding environment, avoid splashing water onto electrical components, and prevent electric shock accidents.
